With two decades of experience in various HRM domains, including sourcing, recruiting, management, consulting, and coaching, Shalini is responsible for the end-to-end career experience for all employees at Maersk.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She started her career as a Human Resources supervisor at Accenture and made a meaningful impact before moving on to her transformative role at Target, where she passionately nurtured her skills and capabilities to facilitate her growth and of those around her.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2018, Shalini’s path led her to Maersk, where she assumed the role of Global Head of Human Resources, and with her brilliant vision, hard work, and people-centric approach, she was appointed the Global Head of HR Delivery and Employee Experience in 2022.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
