Chirag has overall 30+ years of post-qualification experience and has worked in organisations like SE2, BDO India, Infosys, AXA, WNS, Sandoz etc prior to joining Mercer.<\/p>\n
His expertise includes setting up of and running large outsourcing and captive shared service centres across India, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia-pacific.<\/p>\n
He has experience in defining and executing large transformation projects in line with organisation\u2019s long-term objectives which include process standardisation & harmonisation, LEAN implementation, use of technology, business analytics & modelling and robotics process automation.<\/p>\n
He has worked across cultures and boundaries to lead and develop a set of leaders to deliver value for our people, customers and shareholders. He has been involved in the outsourcing\/shared services industry since 1997 \u2013 pioneering the outsourcing services delivery from India.<\/p>\n
Chirag is married to Archana who is doctor and teaching in a medical college, and they have a daughter, Pankti who is studying to be a Doctor of Ophthalmology.<\/p>\n
His interests include reading, traveling and in his free time learning Hindustani Classical vocal singing.<\/p>\n
