Dinesh Murugesan <\/span>has <\/span>an experience<\/span> of over <\/span>2 decades<\/span>, he has <\/span>a diverse<\/span> experience across all specialized areas within<\/span> HR.<\/span> Dinesh had worked in Companies like TCS, Deloitte and Bank of America before his stint in DSM.\u00a0 <\/span>He currently works as <\/span>VP and <\/span>Global <\/span>Head<\/span> \u2013 <\/span>GES HR<\/span> in <\/span>dsm-firmenich<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Well<\/span> known for his oratory <\/span>skills<\/span> he speaks in various forums and conclaves. Dinesh is a recipient of several awards in his career, the most recent one being \u2018The Best HR Leadership Award\u2019 given by SHRI <\/span>and Top HR Leaders Award <\/span>granted<\/span> by World HRD Congress<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span> He was also conferred with the prestigious HR Chanakya award by IKON.<\/span> He recently received the \u2018101 Top HR Minds\u2019 award from CHRO Asia.<\/span> He is also the \u2018Most Influential HR Leader\u2019 in <\/span>Telangana<\/span>.<\/span> Recently he received the \u2018<\/span><\/span>CHRO of the Year\u2019<\/span><\/span> award in the Corporate Guru World Summit and Awards.<\/span> Feather on the cap for Dinesh is the recent announcement by Forbes India that he is been selected as one of the <\/span>\u2018<\/span><\/span>Most Powerful Leaders in Asia\u2019 <\/span><\/span>for the year 2022.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He also teaches in various management institutions and trains their students in their curriculum<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span> He strongly believes knowledge is the best gift that can be given to anyone and hence spends all his <\/span>time in<\/span> sharing his knowledge with youth. Dinesh also <\/span>participates<\/span> in various Summits, Webinars, <\/span>Lectures<\/span> and other events regularly to talk on <\/span>various topics<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> He has organized several events for differently able people like a cricket match for the blind people. He has also adopted a home where over 300 differently abled people are taken <\/span>care<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    He is the Charter President of \u2018Rotary Club of Royal IKON\u2019. Through this group he has led several projects making an impact on society. The Club currently is implementing an \u2018Education to Employment\u2019 project through which underprivileged children are identified coached for professional courses and provided employment. Dinesh is also the Vice President of National Human Rights Protection Council of Telangana.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Dinesh has a Doctorate of Excellence (PhD) from University of Technology and Entrepreneurship Chicago USA in the field of HR Management. Dinesh is a person who plays multiple roles a senior professional in the corporate world, social worker and activist, a Human Rights activist and above all someone who plays a vital role in preparing today\u2019s youth for tomorrow. A typical leader a country like India needs today.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
