Amit Talwar is the Country Director / India Leader in India for AGCO Corporation. His primary responsibility is to Lead the AGCO Capability Centers in Bangalore ,Pune, Gurgaon and support the Business Objectives in India. The Capability Centers are augmenting critical Capabilities in the areas of IT, Precision Ag, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement and Supply Management worldwide to deliver innovative solutions. He is recognized as a “Thought Leader” and participates in various forums to share his experience on various topics such as Talent, Innovation and Capability Development. He has also been recognized in 2023 and in 2024 as among the Top GCC Leaders in India.

Before AGCO, Mr. Talwar managed the IT Global Capability Center for 15 years with John Deere.

Mr. Talwar has more than three decades of experience managing Global Teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
