Harish leads HR for India in Ameriprise Financials. In his current role. He is a dynamic multi-faceted human resources professional, with total commitment to achieving enterprise goals, performing the vital role of a strategic business partner and providing consultative advice to stakeholders on people & business matters.  

Harish is an experienced. Commercial, and inclusive HR leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Investment management, private equity & ventures, and financial services industry. He is a global citizen with extensive experience of working across UK, Europe, USA, India, and Asia. 

Prior to joining Ameriprise, Harish worked with Fidelity International in their offices across India and the UK for over 17 years. Over the years he performed various regional and global HR roles with Fidelity International. He also worked as an executive member to the India company Board with Fidelity International. His expertise is to lead: 

• Large HR teams and their engagement 

• Complex HR and digital transformation programs 

• Specialist functions such as Compensation & benefits, and Talent acquisition and development 

• The buildout of capabilities such as HR shared services and People analytics. 

Harish is from Delhi (capital of India) currently resides in Gurugram (Haryana). During times of leisure, Harish loves to go on runs, spend time with family and read.
