He has a consistent track record of surpassing revenue and business goals year after year.

Currently, Saurabh is the head of the India Business at HCLTech, overseeing all aspects of Sales, Profitability, Strategy, Customer Success, Delivery, Finance, and Operations. Since 2010, Saurabh has been closely associated with Global Capability Centers (GCCs), witnessing their transformation from cost centers to innovation hubs driven by outcomes and value. Throughout this journey, Saurabh has played a pivotal role in helping GCCs achieve operational excellence by partnering with parent headquarters to establish India-based GCC units and contributing to their strategic vision.

Saurabh holds a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the FMS, Delhi. Before joining HCLTech, he worked with esteemed organizations like ABB, Wipro a PE (Blackstone) invested firm, and Tech Mahindra in varied strategic and leadership roles
