At Anlage he is charting the course to drive exponential growth to take it into a new orbit \u2013 both by scaling engagements with existing GCCs, and Incubating new GCC setups with innovative new constructs. He leads all aspects of business including P&L, Strategy Formulation & Implementation, Customer Acquisition & Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Operations.<\/p>\n
In his previous role Gaurav was SVP & Head of GIC India & APAC at ITC Infotech where he led large teams, prior to that he was a key member of IBM\u2019s GCC practice, and previously he headed India GCC Sales for Polaris.
