An industry veteran, Sharada Nandakumar brings over three decades of experience, spanning the length and breadth of the ever-evolving Technology industry. She has extensive experience in managing large Businesses and Operations, Service delivery and Digital Transformations.  

Prior to this, a major part of her career has been with ‘Wipro’ where she spent over 21 years in various roles in Delivery, Presales, Sales and as Business head. She has handled customers globally across US, Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. Sharada’s strengths are in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, stakeholder and People management.  

At Voya India, Sharada has played a crucial role in stabilizing the India Office, building a strong culture of trust, collaboration and camaraderie and accelerating the journey of building a strong capability centre. 

Sharada is a big advocate of environment sustainability and does things in her capacity to contribute to a greener planet. She is passionate about nurturing her vegetable garden, composting at home and actively drives sustainable practices in the organization. She is also a fitness enthusiast who never misses her yoga and gym sessions.
