Subhadra Ummeda is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data and AI Solutions at Warner Bros. Discovery, responsible for driving global enterprise data strategy, AI initiatives, and automation. She also is the technology lead for the Hyderabad site for ensuring local leadership, growth, efficiencies and culture.

She has led high-impact initiatives in data management, advanced analytics, and business strategy, shaping the direction of organizations worldwide.
Prior to joining Warner Bros. Discovery, Subhadra has been a successful pharma leader with experience across R&D, launch management, sales and marketing, commercial analytics, and disruptive innovation. She has held multiple global leadership roles at top organizations, including Global Head of Enterprise Data Management, Group Head of Commercial Analytics at Novartis and Global Portfolio Head at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
Subhadra is an engineer by background (An alum of Texas A&M, College Station) and started her career as a consultant in the USA, specializing in business process reengineering, operations improvement, strategic planning across the semiconductor, logistics, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. Her cross-functional experience in these sectors paved the way for her to become a global leader.
Subhadra is a decisive leader with proven success in people development. She has consistently excelled in cultivating leadership, enjoys nurturing teams to achieve high performance, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
