Mohith Mohan is an accomplished executive with over two decades
of experience with large enterprises. He has vast experience in
building and transforming enterprise in-house capability centres at
high value locations leveraging people, process, technology and
operating models. Mohith has been instrumental in setting up GCC’s
from inception growing them into large innovation centres, for global
enterprises across sectors. He has worked extensively in multi
geographical acquisitions, divestures and helped in advisory
services in people and process enablement.
Mohith brings a rich site leadership and people advisory experience in the financial, product,
luxury retail and home improvement space. His expertise cuts across consulting,
organizational strategy, coaching, and change management. He most recently was an
executive at Lowe’s India where he led the Corporate and Human Resources functions. Before
Lowe’s, he worked with Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) as the Site Leader and Divisional Vice
President. He was instrumental in building the HBC India office from inception, with key focus
on designing a robust operating model, driving efficiency and aligning businesses seamlessly
with headquarters. Mohith has also held various leadership positions across US and India,
including Fidelity Investments and Yahoo.
